Fitting the OS Giken 4 Plate Clutch to the RB Billet Block.

In this episode we fit Raceworks hoses to the RB Billet Block and sort out new power steering hoses. The OS Giken 4 plate clutch is fitted and we finally get the transmission into place.

Clutch alignment tool should be in when torquing up the pressure plate bolts just fyi we didn’t see it in the video. Great work mate looking forward to seeing it run and hear it come alive 👍🏽

Clutch alignment tool is just for install anyways. Soon as you depress pressure plate once everything will live where it should.

Are you eliminating hicas? Also, I eliminated my pressure sensor when I upgraded my pump and everything….maybe I should put it back haha

theres propergander online saying the arp bolts are too long for os giken.. and the flywheel comes loose ????

Hey Kevin - The flywheel + the depth of the thread in the Callies crank = 32mm. The length of the thread on the ARP bolts are 24mm. In this case we are ok, but you should always check. Thanks for watching. :)
