It's made by boiling extracted sugarcane juice, skimming off and clearing the impurities which float to the top of the boiling vat and then pouring the thick brown liquid in bucket shaped moulds where it cools down and solidifies into the moulds which are removed leaving blocks of jaggery which may be further crushed into a powder and sold. Many people buy the big blocks straight from the market.

Regarding protein The problem is even if we prefer natural foods over some protein powder the daily requirement (1gram protein per kg weight) is still high. I am diligently following a self curated diet plan with good amount of food diversity still the protein intake only fulfills ~65-70% of total protein requirement. It makes me wonder that something is wrong with the protein requirement calculations.

No disrespect to Fit tuber but here's my view on protein - As someone who is mindful of cost and trying natural protein sources, I used to drink a Chana sattu shake every day, adding milk and some dates. However, I noticed that I gained a significant amount of weight. Since sattu is primarily a source of carbohydrates rather than protein, it’s not ideal for daily consumption if you're serious about building muscle. While whey protein is artificially created, that doesn’t mean it's harmful for human consumption. In fact, it's better, more convenient, and provides the quality protein that the body needs.

In our home, I have been fed sattu from childhood. And the sattu we ate, is not channa sattu. It used to be a mix of chana and jau sattu. (Chana and barley ) This makes it a complete protein, is tastier and has diverse micronutrients. I don’t know why people only talk about chana sattu. Thats not how its eaten. It is eaten as a mix, that has been the traditional appeoach, thats tastier and healthier, gives complete protein!

Moreover, try not to wait for confirmations. Don’t be a student of “researches”. Researches are cliche. Try things, if they give you benefit, thats good. If they don’t even after tweaking, leave them. Research is done to prove a point. When points are proven by on ground practical results, researches are redundant. 8:33 I'm sorry... Just one correction... A person needs anywhere between 1- 1.25 g of protein/kg weight of their body. 40-60 g of protein is only enough if the person is around 40-50 kg weight.. Else they'll need more.. Rest all I agree with your video... Thank you for the informative video...

The more modernise the food habits becomes the more disease in the market. We have enough protein rich food which can be consumed through the food. Extra supplement is not required. Food should be taken on the basis of shadras that is six tastes. That nourishes the body. Not with certain gms of protein , and certain gms of carbohydrates etc. When ayurveda was followed there was less no. Of diseases in comparisons to now. Earlier eating habits sleeping habits every thing was related to the health. Now everywhere it is marketing

My wife has the same problem. She was prescribed steroids and immunity suppressants in addition to disease modifiers by the best and highly rated rheumotologist's in my city. Conclusion: 3 Amazing Drinks 🤍✅ For collagen, low hemoglobin, increase eye sight and control blood pressure 😌 - 1 amla, half beetroot, 2 carrot, jaggery for sweetener For multivitamin 😌 ( increase memory power, keep heart healthy, improve sperm quality, stronger hair, cut extra fat ) - 4 almond, 6 cashew, 2 spoon pumpkin seeds soak these three in one bowl for over night. - in one bowl soak 2 deseded dates for overnight use this water for blend. - add one banana Blend all ingredients to make a smoothie.
