To all the men, take it from me, I lost have lost 105+ pounds up to date and working towards a lean/toned physique. As well, allowing my hair to grow out long and curly up to my neck. The difference of how women treated me is day and night. Especially when I allowed my hair to grow out. I got a big forehead and oval sized head. Steroids and creatine (water retention) are for those who do want to pursue body building, but I've never touched the stuff and regularly attract women with my generally good shape and confidence. My wife enjoys my figure. Treadmill and cardio should be limited to 30 min daily (excessive cardio will boost your cravings for high calorie foods that will offset your progress.) Working your muscles will trim the double chin back and reduce fat overall.

im bald, i always say having grey hair is a turn off to younger chicks, My older brother dyes his hair and my other brother be teasing him about it. My Father use to cut hair hella short. It was like what you would call the Ceasar or Jarule haircut. i had a girl tell me to grow my hair out up top and keep it short. my hair is naturally curly, i had girls love touching my hair. But my hair bald now at the top so now i just leave it and cut all off. But definitely have some hair is plus if you can do it. However, as a 15 year old I like to dress very maturely as in nice fitted polos and chinos, Jewelry, watch etc. Most girls within my age bracket just prefer and would be more over a guy who isn't trying so hard with a real fancy dinner outfit but instead just a well fitting black or white tshirt and pair of blue jeans and nice shoes with cleanly styled hair, and a bright smile and some real good cologne. He's right though, especially on manicure/pedicure and eyebrows. I use to not care back then and only got in shape, barely any approach. Ever since I started doing a facial care routine,pedicure&manicure and threaded eyebrows(Hurts like mf) far more women approach me. You would be surprised how little effort all these things take. Eyebrows take 5-10 min Manicure/pedicure will take you longest being around 20-40min Facial Routine around 10 minutes. Gym: 1-3hrs depending on your workout. Getting dressed, smell good and wear fitted clothes(not TIGHT or baggy, just well fit) takes about 10-20 min, maybe less. You can wear your anime/cartoon shirts when hanging out with the boys but when you're going out make yourself look presentable. Ironing a shirt&pants only takes 10 minutes, stop being lazy. Just be yourself, if you're still believing the "oh its the height" or "he makes more money" mindset you're just being lazy. Those things aren't a personality, at any point she will leave you or cheat on you for someone that just has the charm over you.
