Resign, Kvoth realized he had made a mistake picking that fight so he used bronze but it had little effect and Kvoth had used up almost his whole army by that point plus flaming weapons. Boit still had a bunch of Hersirs and trolls and a bunch of Kvoth's villagers were nearby for the picking. Plus Boit had walled off two gold mines outside of his base and Kvoth had pretty much used up all of his base's gold mine and hadn't really secured another. Basically Kvoth was playing it risky with his economy and then made a bad choice of engaging and then doubling down instead of retreating. He had placed himself in a very precarious position and then made a critical error that he immediately realized had lost him the game.
