In Chinese Medicine, there is a saying, "If your Vital-Qi is strong, no Evil-Qi can invade nor attack you." Ideally, we want to "Preventing the Disease before its onset".
6 months ago I have uploaded a series of Qi Gong exercise that can boost your health, increase your vital-qi and improve your immune system.

Hi! Thanks for the explanation. The form is not that easy as it might seem. I lose balance when I go backward. But I'll keep practicing. I have already done the first part of the set, "the bear" is rather difficult for me, can't coordinate legs and arms, I keep on practicing every day. Thanks again , love your videos.

Yes to me the bear is the most difficult too! At first, don't squat too low, a high stance is good enough. That will prevent any injuries in the beginning while the body is learning the movement. :)
