Impressive video, Sean Devine. Looking forward to your next upload! I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! Your insights on practicing with a hard surface versus a close-up pad are so valuable. How do you suggest adapting techniques for different performance environments, like outdoor versus indoor settings?

I especially like the tip about not looking at your hands as you doing a card affect. If the magician looks at the spectator in the eyes, the spectator will naturally follow his eyes and speech; not the magician's hands. Great tips as always!!!!!!

Great tips Sean, thanks for posting this! The best book I've read on how to practice is "The Ostrich Factor" by Gerald Edmundson, available as a book or E-book. It covers everything from how to learn sleights, story boarding, attention control and so much more! I can't recommend this enough. Thanks again for the Amazing content that you put out Sean!!!

That is so crazy about blinking when you're doing the move. I did this exact same thing when I first started out. I thought I was the only one. If I don't see it they don't see it.

I done the same thing and I thought why am I doing this nobody does this, why am I closing my eyes.. lol

Tip 4 I learned the hard way. Making videos I learned a lot about the way I was doing moves .

@ I’ve noticed Sean that your hands are very controlled during tricks. My hands are quite the opposite. Lots of un-needed movement lol. I’ve been trying to do less un needed movements .

Pads are nice for hiding noises that would give the illusion away.
