I've had numerous cold call sales jobs in the last 12 years and every boss I've had tells me my phone manner, the way I talk to people , the friendliness and ease in which I do it is 1st class many have said I can be the best out there but sometimes I'm not fully at it. This is the main reason , even after 12 years i suffer with huge anxiety and at one point was taking medication for it. How to dunk first step jump higher detach your body from the ground you think only jumping 5 inches will do it but you need to let go of the negative mindset holding you to the ground and jump 48 inches.

Very good video, Matt. Thank you for putting content like that on YT. Keep it up! That's funny that you release this video today because I had an interview today for a BDR position. The interviewer asked me what was the goal of my calls as an SDR today, I told him that it was to start a convo. He then disagreed and said that it should be to book a meeting. And I answered that it was the next logical step IF the fit was there. And it won't change.
