Five Things You Need To Know Ahead Of New Orleans Saints Training Camp

The New Orleans Saints begin training camp this week, here are the five biggest things you need to know. Alvin Kamara and the team may not reach an agreement on an extension until after camp starts. New offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak is bringing a new offensive system that should help the team’s performance on that side of the ball, led off by improving the run game.
Chase Young is among a handful of players currently on an injury list, but he, Chris Olave and Juwan Johnson sound like they’ll be ready to go during camp. The Saints offensive line will be one of the biggest factors for success this year, and some position battles in the trenches will play a big role in what will or won’t go well for New Orleans in 2024. Especially with the season for Ryan Ramczyk now being done before it can even begin.

Greetings from Irvine from a fan that’s pissed off because I’m barred from seeing my team practice! (Unless you take me in as your valet sir! Lol😅) But anyway, I’m here to laugh at the foolish scaredy-cat Saints fans! I guarantee we will win the division and place the over under at 12 games! (I’m going to make a killing on fan duel betting overs on Carr and the team) So here’s what the typical fan doesn’t realize… 1. We have a top five offense and defense! We may even have the best defense in the league! Thanks to the acquisition of Mrs. Gay and Young our biggest issue on defense is how to get the talented guys on the bench playing time!!! On offense (you heard it here first) expect Carr to throw for 4,500 yards and have 3 thousand yards Receivers! (He nearly did it in Vegas, with a lesser system) Here’s the thing, we have a weakness on offense, which is the O-line! But the fact is….EVERY TEAM HAS A WEAKNESS ON OFFENSE! But an O-line issue can be covered up with PLAY CALLING!!! Penning will be just fine if you RUN BEHIND HIM! He’s a land grader! His problem with the pass rush can be disguised with screens, draw, play action, and reverses! Putting the defender off balance while meanwhile kicking his ass! The rest of the line is pretty solid (which is a plus for Penning) . But most of all, I don’t think fans realize what Kubiak brings to the table!!! Buckle up guys cause we’re about to go on a helluva ride!!! Who dat!!!

Carr's full off-season to build chemistry with the Oline will show up this year. All praise will be given to the Oline when in actuality it will be due to Carr's ability to adapt to weaknesses in the Oline. Either way, it's going to be a win win situation us fans. WhoDat!!!
