Eating healthy is one way I take care of my mental health. I used to eat healthy for physical health, but then I started to notice how confident and less anxious I felt when I ate healthily. It’s incredible to see what food can do!

i’m in school to be a teacher and i have three semesters left! my boyfriend lives two hours away and i feel like balancing school and a relationship really made me put my metal and physical health on the back burner this past year. i’m excited to get back into routine and do right for my body and my mind, because i know it’ll all fall into place after that. here’s to healthy hearts in 2020!

If you guys want to keep track of your workouts or whatever habits on your phone instead of paper, I highly recommend the “done” app, I believe it’s only compatible with iPhones unfortunately, but it is free and it’s so good to track habits that you want to quit or habits that you want to create. It’s very motivating! I’ve been using it and I LOVE it!

Reesey is so cute! Love this routine! A lot like mine, but I take 10 minutes to meditate every morning! Really calms me and helps with anxiety!

Ms. Brittany, Thursday was our first day back in school after the break. We read the short story, The Monkey’s Paw by WW Jacobs on Friday in English class. I love starting my day with reading too. I am currently reading Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf. I am really enjoying her unique stream of consciousness writing style. I recently read Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen, The Pearl by John Steinbeck, The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton, and The Complete Christmas Stories by Lucy Maud Montgomery. I love skincare too. I was even thinking of becoming a dermatologist for a while. I am subscribed to Nabela Noor’s KZbin channel. Along with writing out a to-do list, you can try journaling if you already are not. I love the idea of writing in a journal everyday. I love you

Last year, if I wanted to workout I would wake up around 5, but if not, 5:45/6! Now I wake up around 6:30/7!
