Nice looking home but lacks some luxury touches I would expect at that price, like a jetted tub in the master bath, and a spacious walk-in closet. Also, lacks a dedicated water closet with only a toilet. One’s pockets had better be deep if the mortgage alone is around $3,800 a month with 20% down. You still have to pay to insure it, heat it, cool it, and pay the property tax. Don’t get sick, or unemployed.

I'M DEFINITELY IN THE MOOD FOR A HOME LIKE THIS !!! ... It's new! It's designed very nicely ! Idk if I even qualify, but it has everything, and the only thing that it doesn't have is a storage building, jacuzzi/pool, ( but , I absolutely love the fenced in back yard. It's perfect for a small dog to run around in , as well as small gatherings or garden. Without much upkeep required. ) Needs a two car garage, instead of the one, and the microwave up higher, because it's too low. Everything else is perfect. I LOVE IT ! 🙏🙏❤❤‼⚠️⚠️ ❤❤🤯🔥💪🔥🔥🔥🌍🥳🥳🥳😬😬🙏
