Hi Erin, I'm not a photographer but my stiff back really appreciated this class ! I just found that the transitions from reverse triangle to triangle were too quick for my rythm of breath, so I did them a bit slower. But this class felt soo good🙏🙏 If you could do a "yoga for teachers" , it would be awesome : we're on our feet all day long, walk, stop on a table, bend over to check what students write, and of course we write a lot on the white board. So : lower back, upper back, neck, knees (sometimes we have to write at the bottom of the white board), and PATIENCE are the 'areas' to target😉

Quick Q - I was surprised to note that you didn’t include the “bridge with hands clasped underneath” and “reverse namaste - in the back”. Aren’t those considered good for stretching muscles in the shoulder area as well? I was trying to figure your thought process, thats all. Thanks again, namaste 🙏

This is the first Yoga I've done since giving birth. It was exactly what I needed to aleviate a tight back from holding a baby and tight hips from giving birth then being stagnant. Thank you for this, you always deliver (no pun intended) ! That being said, do you have any post partum videos? A little pelvic floor+light abs+free flow+back release action, maybe?
