Hi Skylar, Shayden and Tatum, I loved, loved, loved looking at, listening to and watching this 10 minutes and 34 second video. Well done to you Shayden for becoming Champion of the month at Walmart where you work. You are always such a help full person to people around you and you are always willing to help people out, be it at work or in your family. You have a kind and caring soul that makes you happy to help out people around you, in your work place and people at home where you can. You so deserved getting to be Champion of the month and getting awarded that trophy congratulations there Shayden. Skyler I love seeing your food you orded and got delivered to your door. I love that you can let them know what you like and what you don’t like and what sort of diet you are on if you are on a diet. I eat Gluten Free foods so if I got a box like that, which I am not getting, but if I did I would have to let them know that. The food you got looks very healthy. Skyler it is so ok to have some treats like biscuits and sweet after dinner meals, as long as they are smaller than your dinner meal. Well done Tatum for getting a job at the Ice-Cream shop for the summer holidays. It is so great to have your own money that you earned yourself and you can do whatever you want with it. Shayden and Tatum you both speck well in videos when you are in them. Also you both have the loveliest smiles. I loved it at the end of this video when you three sang the funny song. You three have stunningly beautiful voices and can harmonies together so well. Thank you for making me laugh with you three. Funny video and nice editing!! What a handy shopping service. There is something similar here in the Netherlands, some weeks i use it. What helps me with healthy eating is preparing some healthy snacks in the morning (cutting peppers and cucumbers or carrots and a yogurt dipping sauce, for example). dldon't be too strict. you have already lost a lot of weight and look great!
