I had anxiety issues but the past 4 days were so difficult for me , irregular heartbeats , irritation i was grumpy..then I stared doing pranayam and meditation for just 15 to 20 minutes i can't tell you how it changed my life i am less anxious and i sleep better and , it helped me for real , i am going to do it for the rest of my life 💖❤❤

I meditate everyday too !! i didnt do for a week i feel frustated and enegry low!! Meditation gives u energy and peace to connect with us❤ Everyone should meditate as much as possible to connect with innerself

How long do u mediate specifically like ur average, Ik u said longer then 20 mins & I’ve heard that so I’m def gonna start and go for 30 mins per day
