This video was helpful but does the exercise where we are on our hands and knees address pain on the outside and inside elbow. Because for me i have pain that goes from my shoulder to my elbow

Whenever I try to get my hips through on my throws it results in me having a funky release and the nose of the ball remaining slightly sideways. Any suggestions to fix this?

yeah me too. its still spirals but its just sort of diagonal

You may be dropping your elbow or letting your elbow get too far away from your ear.
