I think my reason is I’m playing on a 55” tv that’s native 4k but all setting are set to 1080p in nvidia/ windows display/ and in game. 1440p looks great and crystal clear but I get 25-35 fps instead of the 70-80 I get in 1080. 3060 12GB looking at the 4070 ti super.

FSR is off and yet it still blurring the surroundings outside. Likwle, the buildings, runways, ground textures. I wonder how i can stop it from doing that

Try ultra or the one below that. If it’s blurring buildings it’s doing that to compensate for performance.

You kidding? FSR always was to off but it still blurry.

What GPU + CPU do you have? I believe Vulcan also blurs many of the surroundings when the GPU struggles.
