I actually had the problem twice while trying to buy a new computer. The first time I had this error I simply returned it and got a refund but when I got the same one twice when I bought my second, I was upset to say the least. Preveously I was stuck with one mail account then the error for the second. I followed this video through, a new version of Mail & Calendar was downloaded and installed and I was able to add a couple of mail accounts without problems. Thanks so much!
