Thanks, everything is working fine on a P40 lite with EMUI 12, even the playstore, and push notifications. Even the playstore works, just have to disable internet for playstore, offline configuring playstore to disable auto app updates, enable wifi/date for playstore, reboot the phone, then google play service won't update, and playstore is working. ^^

Hello my friend I read lot of your videos to find a solution to my problem. I have one Huawei P20 pro with EMUI 12. I am trying lot of combinations 4 days now, with lot of hours without any positive result. My problem is that I haven't numerical working badge on some applications like "Gmail, Google calendar, Skype, and some apps from my bank" Please let me know if I try this solution you describe here, I can get this notifications badge witch is so useful. On some defaults apps I have these numerical budges. Also If I chose notifications banners all are working 100% but these does not help me because I must see these only in the receiving time witch is few seconds. Thanks and keep your good work.

i did these steps but instead of using the gmf fix i used the original one and froze it with icebox like you showed once in a notification fix tutorial. everything seems good so fine. restarted my phone and no notifications popped. will i get the notifications if i unfreeze gmf back?

Thanks for the fix! Play protect got fixed, and notifications are also working :) However Google Maps is not working. Actually it seems all apps that uses location/GPS is not working (Weather apps, Pokemon Go, Maps etc.) Is there any fix to this currently? For me it's working in that way. Install GSpace use maps inside it and enable location accuracy then should work outside GSpace.

Wow, this worked great! Only issue was the location of the phone not working(also tried gspace and other location apps) so I tried installing the latest GSF version 10 over the GSF FIX with WIFI and data off. Now I have everything working, with push notifications. Now I am just curious if I should update to the latest version of google play services, I am scared that it will cause the error to come back.

You can. Just put play store and play services to blacklist in aurora and it will never update.

I did every steps but ignore the last step (install GSF FIX apk)- it cause push notifcation and Google locations work. BUT whenever restart the phone it will cuase "google play protect not certified" message pop up and Goolgle apps won't work. It will need to repeat Fix Errors & Receive Push Notifications steps again but ignore the last step.

You can try with different version of Play services but keep in mind it will get harder.

I accidentally updated Google play services, and now I've been sitting for hours trying to delete play services so I could install the old version again but no matter what I have tried I just can't disable or uninstall it. When I push uninstall it keeps referring to some screen lock service and rules of passwords or something, and when I go to that screen lock service I can't disable it either. And I can't find anything about that rules of password to change anywhere so I can be able to disable and delete play services. Before I messed up and updated it, things were working almost perfect. Please help get me back on track

Uninstall Play Service then install play service again with same version in the video 2. Test push notif until you get notif 3. Uninstall GSF then install GSF Fix same as in the video. 4. Restart 5. Try open play store (clear recent apps until you can open it) 6. Test push notif again 7. Setting app launch then set - play store (totally off) - GSF (manage manually and make sure all is check) anyway your method working perfectly even restart the phone.
