Gpay doesnt work on mine but the Commbank NFC pay (app issued virtual card)works even without google installed.

@@DulIllah I could not follow this video to completion. However, I was able to at least install Android Auto on P70 Ultra today from Aurora Store. Will you out with car tomorrow. Aurora Store is from F-Droid. I tried to install Android Auto from GBox/Google Play store without success.

Also for anyone with delayed notifications, there are multiple things you can do to get them on time. Specifically, under permissions, go to additional permissions, and turn off battery optimization. Also select unlimited network access to ensure that HOS doesn't suspend an app's netowrk access in the background. Under battery settings, make sure you allow for data to be used while asleep. There is also the individual app settings to remove optimization for battery under power settings. Lastly, for things like Gmail, open the app switcher, and swipe down on the an app like Gmail to lock it, and prevent HOS from killing it in the background.

I tried to use another method to do this, prior and I some how had another version of Play Store installed.. I had to uninstall it before I cud move on. If you having any issue, my suggestion would be to start from a factory reset unit.

WhatsApp actually can be installed directly from Huawei app gallery without installing Google. So far, the only problem I have is Ring as it said my mobile device is offline so I can't change mode and talk to person coming to my door but can access history etc.

Could not follow around 13:30 where the downloaded mobile6.zip needs to be copied somewhere. When clicked on copy the other location icon does not appear at the bottom on my p70 ultra and, therefore, not seeing the big check up on the top right hand corner. Thanks for putting out the video. The authentication msgs are not able to received, if you log at other place on google then it get authenticated from a phone. I can receive authentication on other phone but not on this one. Also tell us how to update the google play services and store.

Hi there, I'm hoping that I can ask a question. I followed this method and everything was working excellent yesterday. Today, it seems like I only get notifications if I open the app first and then they will come through. Not sure if there is a setting that I might need to tweak somewhere? For instance, if I open my text messages it will send me ones that I missed, same with email if I open my email I will get whatever emails were waiting for me. Its like the push notification feature is not on. Thanks!
