hi! domain is verfied, pixel is working fine but when i try to use event setup tool it goes to website and come back and gives error "A pixel wasn't detected on this website. ERROR: No conversion events available for this pixel This pixel is on a website domain that has already reached its conversion event limit, so there are no available conversion events being sent through this pixel. Select a different pixel or edit your domain settings in Events Manager.

Thanks for the info! there is a little red exclamation mark showing on Facebook Even Manager , under DIAGNOSTIC. It is not clear what is wrong. i have set up the pixel on shopify. Do you know how to solve that? Further all data is tracked correctly but just that little red signal which i have no idea what it wants to tell me.

I'm using Shopify and I saw that the facebook pixel is inputted in properly from the source code. However, my pixel helper cant detect a pixel whilst others can. I disabled all other extensions aswell as antivirus and still the same thing. Do you have a fix for this?

I have the problem with this: Your ad may not be optimized for conversions because we haven't received any activity from the conversion you selected at all or in more than 14 days. Do I need to ignore it or overcome it somehow?

It means the event hasn't been triggered recently. You need to make sure it's working and trigger the event to remove this warning. As soon as you get a conversion (event if you just visit the page yourself to trigger it), the warning will disappear.

Hi! If you want to run a conversion campaign you’ll need to verify your domain and see up aggregated event measurement or it won’t be possible to run conversion ads once apple bring in their privacy changes. Check out my video on how to verify your domain and follow that to get set up

Hi Andrew , great video! For me, it seems like my pixel is missing a minimum 20-40% or purchases daily, any idea how to fix this? And also, when you say the "make sure that the base code is above the standard event or purchase tracking code on the page" , does this mean to copy and paste line 17 in the code and paste it to line 18 in the page? 20% is actually becoming fairly normal now. I would look into implementing the conversions API to help improve that percentage. Tracking with the pixel is only going to get worse over time with privacy restrictions coming in to play. Not sure about the copying and pasting based on line numbers, but you shouldn't be moving lines of code within the base pixel if that's what you mean.
