Correct me if I m wrong, in most of the other videos I found that median nerve flossing is done the way u r doing the ulnar nerve flossing. I mean in the video ulnar nerve flossing is actually for the median nerve.

I thought the whole premise of nerve flossing is to pull the nerve on one end while shortening it on the other, causing it to glide back and forth rather than just being stretched. By keep your hand static as she is, the nerve is just going to he stretched every time you tilt your head. You should instead decrease the angle on your wrist as you increase the angle on your neck, and vice versa. Nerves dont like to be stretched, especially if they're already irritated.

Can I do all 3 if I'm getting tingling and aching in all area's of my hand? It's not everywhere all time btw.

You can definitely do all 3. You may feel one more than the other depending your symptoms at the time

You can do them everyday if you would like to! It depends on what best fits your schedule.

Felt a crack I think that’s good ? Anyway millions of shorts and not many gave that much I’m in the most severe pain ever from throwing kayaks over my head after a long winter of not lifting more than 15 lbs

Popping and cracking is fine as long as it is not causing any pain. You will get to feeling better just keep working on it. You got this!
