You have helped me SO MUCH!!! Especially when it comes to my hips. In addition to all of this, when I did the unilateral training video from your stability builder program the other day, I noticed that when I did the hip hike it felt like there was a muscle in my inner thigh/groin that had NO idea what the F was happening - like I had never asked it to do anything before. Clearly an issue! I started just doing them randomly throughout the day when I was just standing around. Today when I did 90/90 pushbacks, the pain and restriction I usually feel kind of right around my piriformis-ish area was noticeably less. I really thought I was stuck with it forever. Thanks for being so awesome!!! So grateful to have found you :)

I’m confuses 😅 I feel almost all the exercises, especially the last one ( rotating internally) and the one with the hamstrings. They feel awful and wierd. However, I can do the 90:90 pretty well, swing my legs from position to position and move around. I feel the stretch but these exercises got me burning up! I still have pain in my left hip. I have a lot of pain in both hips, mostly in the left, and my butt, and down the legs (mostly back of them and some on the sides). I thought it was a hip problem, but a hip doc sent me to a back doc. Both ordered MRI’s. They say it’s a vertebrae out of place , and a few bulging disks, and recommend an epidural. It sure feels like a hip problem to me. Should I try these exercises?
