I’ve had pain on my right side for months. Went to a chiropractor and started losing weight and lifting weights to help with that pain. It still lingers. These stretches helped me feel some immediate relief. Incredible. Thank you so much!

I hope that you can see this I was diagnosed with a herniated disc in my lumbar L5 S1 but I feel the pain more in the left side of my back bit on my groin and my left tigh it's like something is in a knot there it sometimes prevents me from sleep and I don't know what to do about it and will the hernia ever go away ? and will I ever be able to horse ride again or lift weighs? I wish If I were in ENgland to pass by the clinic your videos help alot I've been doing the humph neck and it's working like magic posture was my biggest insecurity thank you doctor

I get terrible flank cramps that make my body convulse including my diaphragm, I’ll defo try these but maybe on the bed as i get cramp in it on the floor. I have surgery for a t9-10 discectomy with adhesions now and I think that is causing the issue. I also have a scary stenosis from the calcification from the first surgery. It scares me a lot. But while I’m still fully mobile I want to do as much as I can to prevent further surgery. Thanks for this.

I do have bulging exactly at the muscle doctor. I had pain too. All these exercises especially 3rd n 4th i invented myself and the pain gone. But bulging of muscle remains. Why is it so n any idea to get rid of it dr..pls advice

I don't think one sided back pain is so bad. It just means you have to put pressure on the other side of the back when sitting down.
