Great video Tom. This year is a big focus on mobility and stretching for me. I feel like I’m suffering with text neck. A video for neck alignment would be great

Wow, what a great video! Short, covers the whole body, clear directions and no over-intense workout music. Thank you. For the first two exercises sitting back to the wall, should I be trying to push my lower back into the wall too? It curves out significantly when I try to get my shoulders and tailbone against the wall.

A curve is natural but yes minimise if if you thinks it’s exaggerated 👍🏼

I bought this about 8 years ago 2nd hand with some other gym kit & have looked since to find the same with no luck.
