The suggested settings may not be suitable for all devices therefore you may have to drag the green all the way to the left if you don't see any difference from what was advised. For the second option you can increase the intensity.

Samsung is conning the buyers I think. I have note 9 n yellow screen is on its worst. Is started after warrenty was over. I am using a software that fixes it 50% but still my heart aches when I see the beautiful display looking like shit on such a high end phone. And now when note 20 series is also experiencing the same, I am thinking that it is better to go for other brands.

@@anaghraj2002 This is just my theory but the cause of screen damage is because of software updates that increased the intensity of yellow-green tint and gradually as days pass by the actual screen is slowly damaging. Idk about other countries but I heard in Philippines they replaced all Note 9 users screen for free due to this issue.

The display of my Samsung galaxy note 10+ suddenly turned yellow and flickering after updating it to the one ui 2.5 December Update. Yeah. Mine is also having the same issue on my note 10. I thought that It only happened on my device. But luckily I start browsing on internet to make sure that the others are also facing with the same issue. I found this video. But I start going to the settings to fix my display. And it doesn't work. So I start scrolling to see the comments in this video and I found that you @MX Gaming is also facing the same issue. Now I think that it's a software issue. Mine is on the one ui 3 beta it has lots of bugs in it. I Also hope that samsung can fix this display issue as soon as possible.

Wow turning on AOD does actually fix it. Thanks for the tip man. How did you figure that out? Now if turning on AOD fixes the issue that means the yellow tint must be software bug/glitch right? Note that unlike most people who had yellowish tint issue all the time, mine (s10e) only appears when you turn off the display when not charging & for whatever reason turning the display on when charging also fixes this issue.

Does not work for me (note 9). Issue started out of nowhere. Was just sitting on my desk. Sometimes i pick up the phone and its back to normal. I have the brightness turned all the way up and adaptive brightness turned off. It was far worse before I did these two things. I can at least read my screen now. This is covered under verizon insurance claim BUT what they do is send you a new refurbished phone so not really an option imo. No work from samsung on this that I can find.

It doesn't work for displays with an actual green/yellow tint issue and using a color blindness setting is just totally wrong if you don't have a color blindness. Those setting shift color so that people with color blindness can see things. He used the Tritan Color Blindness filter: "People see blues as greener and the colors yellow and red seem pink." It just doesn't work!

I have the same issue with my galaxy s20 plus (exynos variant). The green tint it prominent in gray background at low brightness and its at one part of the screen... last time it was in the lower part of the screen, Samsung replaced with new panel and now the green tint seems to be in top part of the screen. It's visible only in 120Hz mode and also there is a sudden flicker which is visible in low brightness when you change to 120Hz from 60 Hz. Do you have S20 plus and can you check this? And what issue could this be ?

I got my display replaced for the second time and the issue was fixed but then the bottom speaker stopped working, went to service center again and they told me it's motherboard fault and now I am fighting with Samsung for replacement/refund and still my device is in service center for more than 3 weeks. I don't know why no one speaks about how Samsung phones are luck based buying. So I have decided to make a video about it.

My S10e suddenly get this problem, my phone got water splash while my flashlight was on and, for some days display worked fine with little distortion in screen ,but after 5 days my screen is totally black, when i put on charging cable ,screen comes green and very little visible, sometimes screen works good without any issue, i opened phone but there was no water damage inside. Why samsung you made me sad.

Didn't work. All white on my Note 10+ screen has a faint ivory tinge to it. Oh well, if it's a safety feature, I'm alright with it. I just hope it isn't a faulty panel.

Guys I literally k ow the real fix. Its not a bug. Samsung made the screens so that they are less harmfull. You actially cannot turn the brightness up all the way manually. Just move a flashlight over the upper part of your screen and see how ot brightens. You dont have to have adaptive display on

This has been an ongoing issue since I got my s10e. My friend told me that his older phone of same series has been like this too. Tried some hack here on youtube like googlebooks bluelight switch but it was removed by samsung. I can have my display okay for a bit but it just goes back to yellowish display. This looks intentional at this point.

It is basically it slowly damages your device with those intensity and it cannot be fixed until you replace the screen. If you search about Note 9 and Note 10 they both suffered the same, some countries replaced their screen free of charge and afterward Samsung released a new update that fixed the yellow tint

thanks man im using the s20 ultra, currently theres an issue with the green tint appearing on 120hz below 30% brightness, made my phone have a dark shaped oval in the middle that was highly noticeable on darker screens, I switched back to 60hz until the issue is resolved but i still wasnt getting a clear picture. i just bought my phone 6 months ago, i really thought there was a screen issue on my end, your steps helped my get my phone looking like it just came out the box 👊

Not sure what Samsung is intending to do. But recent updates has affected Galaxy S9, Note 9, S10, Note 10, S20 and Note 20 devices. With recent update for Note 9 it has fixed the tint and it much vivid and darker now. My Note 10+ is still suffering but I heard from others that November update fixed it. Hopefully your S10e gets a patch soon!

For those who find this DOESN'T work. Try settings> display> "always on" turned on to "always display" You might need to lock 🔒 phone and wait 2 or 3 seconds the 1st time then you can adjust the vivid display to whatever you like and it will stick/stay. Not sure why but this seems to override the green tint or the off colour tint issues. Mine was perfect til update then just went green tint one night. Lots of trying and this was the most permanent fix. 👍
