Method 1:
1.Open Settings
2.Click Gaming
3.Enable The Game Bar
4.Then Use Shortcut For Start And Stop For Recording
Method 2:
1.Type wsreset In The Window Search Bar
Wait For A Minute And Then Try
Method 3:
1.Link:

2.Paste It In The Browser
3.Choose 32 bit Or 64 bit
4.Download And Install It
Method 4:

1.Type "game dvr config.exe" In The Browser And Download It
2.After Downloading Open It And Enable Force Software MFT
3.After That Open Task Manager
4.Endtask "Broadcast DVR Server"
Method 5:
1.Open Settings
2.Click Update&Security
3.Click Troubleshoot
4.Scroll Down Then Click Window Store Apps And Click "Run The Troubleshooter"
Method 6:
1.Type Powershell In The Window Search Bar
2.Right Click To Run As Administrator
3.Copy This
Get-AppxPackage xboxapp | Remove-AppxPackage And Paste It
4.After That Restart Your Pc
5.Then Download It In The Windows Store

Great that Fix of method 4 has resurrected my Game Bar, thank you very much friend, and for those who have audio problems in the recording configure the sound to 190 Kbps, to me with 128 Kbps I was out of sync the audio, I also had the sound as a little covered and I solved it by disabling the micro, now if it records perfectly 👌👏👏
