Some Friends don't have gpedit option. Please in Run command type complete word gpedit.msc setting windows will be open.

I finally fixed it. You have to update rhe registry values from 0 to win in Reg edit on several things. There is a thread on it from a MS help employee. It was more than just this one it was like 3 things you had to change

It's working on single app when I switch on another app it's not working. I mean that when I record the the screen on edge it's working but I want to also record the vs code home screen then the screen is not recording and still Xbox is working
