Worked for my case, I removed ubuntu dual boot and could not boot windows back up, apparently the boot files are corrupted or removed, but this fix help me. it sadly didnt work but luckly i had a very good brain and used a local reinstallation usb in recovery enviroment , ran setup and formated the drive where windows was installed and later got everything i had back quickly including beamng drive and roblox , oobe thing error poped up so after finishing installation i used cmd command "sfc /scannow" and fixed that thing and after that proceeded to install all uptades and gpedit package , i am happy i got everything back , still thank you for the advice and the trick i couldnt use but thanks very much
