dude! after the whole day of trying to find a fix, the second method worked for me! i found out there was nothing inside my security health folder, and i just followed the second method and downloaded the file and everything went back to normal! thank you for this!!!!

Thanks, went thru a lot of pages, thought i had more than one account on my pc, that the group policies were a mess, that i needed to put commands, check here and there, even thought that i had a third party anti virus running somewhere but no, it was just that i didnt have the security health setup installed, thanks a lot mate.
