@@JuanJuan-fs8gu after you do this video the commands and everything go to files go to program files x86 then select windows defender then run MpCmdRun. Now that should work

Udało się zrobić. Wszystkie metody nie działały. Wgrywanie nowego systemu z dysku lub z chmury nic nie dawało. Trzeba zrobić obraz systemu na pendrive i wgrać z niego czysty system.
