Omg for years I've battled with this and the answer is so obvious 🤦‍♂️. I'm 100% guilty of doing this in my overheads cuz I unrack from a seated position (home gym). Been lifting like that for 12 years 🤦‍♂️

But if you're pressing heavy the weight can shift over to your thumb during lifts... Is having the bar on the heel of your palm not okay also? My wrists still pain on the heaviest presses, at least for a couple minus after

First vid to check out at the gym have not bench pressed for awhile and just got back into it and well my wrist were hurting haha hmm at the gym right now and yes just fixed it … punching tip worked hahaha thanks

just wondering. the free programs you got. can i do 2 at once? or stick to one at a time? i want to lean out while maintaining strength. well as much as possible. which Program would you prefer? thanks and great videos man! ive been following you back when you would train with elliot

The leaning out comes with the right diet in my opinion. The training has only a little effect on that.

Or you could just put the bar in the bottom area of your palm as opposed to the upper portions.

I hurt my left wrist overhead pressing and it's driving me crazy. I haven't been able to workout for 2 weeks now. I tried to push through the pain but last time I tried my wrist was telling me to stop. I overhead press from the floor so it's hard for me to keep my wrist straight getting the bar from the floor to my chest. I don't know what to do.
