I was having wrist pain for several days and as an athlete thats not good, I tried this and now I can put more pressure on my wrist and it feels some much better

Damn i hope this works for me too, i do pushups all the time and today my left wrist hurts like heck while my right one is A-Ok, always noticed how my left wrist could extend more than my right one...

@@UmCaraNormalnumPlanetanormal I have the exact same thing! I don't knoe why but my left wrist just started hurting bad Idea physically wasn't Abel to perform pushups. That sucks, but each day it gets better and these exercises help a lot. I have had this painting for like 3 days.

@@shris4656 Me too! Push ups and dips, any pressing moment that stretches my wrist like that it hurts and it's always on the right side. It goes away after a while but it comes back again.

@@charlesgilbert1209 actually I found out when I went to the doctor that I had a tfcc injury in my right wrist so no more pushup, dips, bicep curls or pull up until it gets fully recovered.

Man, two crush fractures in two wrists, and honestly that last exercise really helped out. Been dealing with this injury for years. The link between lack of physical capabilities and depression is real.Thanks for watch y'all do.

It definitely is real! When i have not been working out for like 2-3+ days, my overall well-being and mood becomes so much lower. I cant even imagine how so many people can live their life without doing any sports. Its crazy

These are great - already helping my wrist pain from doing Kettle bell swings with too tight of a grip. Tweaked my wrist about a week ago. Now I am feeling some real relief, thank you so much!

Yes. I had a crush fracture years ago. Massive sprains. Then I was lifting something, over-pronated and sprained it again. Moral support from me!

I couldn’t do the first two stretches they were so painful, I tried the traction and the pain eased, I can now do the stretches ok. Still have some pain but will continue with the programme. Thank you 😊

I just found this video, ive tried everything to help my wrists recover but ive been in pain for years from damaging them, particularly the left one. Im able to use about 50% of my strength most of the time and its very hindering and frustrating. I did this for a few minutes and it does seem to help. Still definitely pain and weakness, but it helped.

@@waylonmercy8125 Well in order to give an accurate opinion about your pain you must first visit a doctor or a physical therapist and know what's the exact reason of the pain and how to treat it. Since every injury is different and treatment plans vary depending on the severity of the condition.So I suggest to get it checked out as soon as possible

I had a proximal row carpectomy performed on my right wrist because of a collapsed lunate bone. The two bones to the right and left fractured because of the geometry. I got 100% of my grip back, but lost a good amount of range of motion. Problem is, I have this issue where my left wrist cannot move back and causes far more pain than my right ever did. I have a silver dollar sized spot below the pinky just above the knob of the ulna. After it locks, I can't lift hardly anything. This has only happened a few times while not really doing anything, but is becoming more common. Quick update: the bonus flex with both palms up and four fingers holding your wrist while you push with your thumb feels amazing. The other motions can cause pain with extending the fingers upwards.

Thank you! 2 weeks ago I couldn't curl 10lb and feel pain when I touch my phone. Then 6 weeks before this video, I thought i just need to lay low and let my wrist heal itself. 2 days later I'll workout again 2x a week and tough it out and deal with the pain. Later on, at the 6th week i found this video and 3 weeks later i can continue my workout with extra care.The stretch at 5:00minute was very effective and you will feel pain at the beginning but slowly adjust your thumb force as you need. I would recommend these stretches and If you don't have time, remind yourself to stretch in the car at a red light stop. 2-3x a day. Hopefully this help someone out there.

I was born with an abnormally large bump on both my wrists. Basically the bone is popping out of my arm around the wrists. These have always caused me pain with any and all excersises I do. And being a construction worker, it’s had its affects on me over the years. This, this relieved so much pain. Thank you!

The stretch and pull really saved me, i almost cried. Being a piano player, the wrist pain has paralysed me. After playing, i had to hot compress to relief the bulging ache. Thx to God and a big bunch to both of u. 🙏

Not going to lie, that first stretch where you extend you arms out and only move your wrists up and down like a motorcycle, from the wrist down my forearms cracked and it felt good 😌 Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

The strecth at 5:00 fixed my pain (when I do push-up). and if I feel pain again, I do the same stretch (there's always a cracking sound), the pain go away for a while. Yay! Thanks!

I've been having wrist pain for months in the same wrist. It comes and goes but lately it's been getting worse, and it can't really bear any weight, which is very annoying to me because I like to do push-ups. This video helped instantly! Thank you so much. HLO my doctors please help me when I was playing a wrestling to my brother my hand be like this too much of pain I couldn't do anything I was crying alott my father say's me go in dispensary and I gone and they said me to go hospital and I went and she told me the reason and I notify all and she didn't tell anything just she gave me to eat medicine and I eat medicine and for month I couldn't face the paining issue and again my pain gone to bad again I went to doctor and he told me to wear a wrist band and I wear for a month it was feeling better but also now I am facing the same problem paining too much the wrist band couldn't work..And I watch this exercise video Now, I am feeling too good 🙂 I think my hand is dislocated.. 😞 just now I don't have any chances I feel to pain I use moov little bit and I did exercise and i feeling good.. please help me if I again feel pain by doing a exercise what to do my doctors and my friends help me 🙏😞

Doctors, thank you both. I took a fall while out walking the end of January this year and caught myself with flat hands. After some initial discomfort, thought I was doing ok, but for the last few months, man …… they’ve decided (both wrists) to begin acting up causing me much more pain than before. So much so, I’m seeing doc tomorrow. So glad I found your site. Will work with your exercises. You have a new subscriber!!!

Got mine on doing an Arnold Press on dumbells, try to progress to heavier weight but what I gained was wrist inury. I suffer for like couple of weeks then I saw this video. It helps a lot! Thankyou sirs! You are my saviors! 🙏

Matteo Veneruz I hope it’s fine now, I had the same thing! Fell twice on the same wrist twice in one football game, and guess what? I ignored it for around two years and it’s still there till now! Preventing me from doing too many things (working out, carrying heavy things, etc..) I have come now to fix it and I’m not gonna ignore it anymore! Please don’t ignore yours! Many wrist injuries do not recover with time as one would-lazily think

Fellav Ttt it’s a lot better now but it’s not perfect. It still hurts to do certain things such as pushups with my palms so I do them on my knuckles instead. The key is just easing back into things. Like work your way up for whatever workout you doing. If it feels okay then you can probably go heavier/ more intense or whatnot but if it doesn’t, take a step back.

Same problem with the push ups, and I use the same solution as well :) Just wrote my reply to make sure you take care of your wrist and do the appropriate physical therapy exercises, it will make a huge difference in the recovery progress and speed it up exponentially! Hope you get fully recovered soon, keep it up bro

I was kayaking yesterday and that took my wrist through essentially a full range of motion or at least most of it, I think it’ll be a great way to strengthen my wrist again and if you have the opportunity to give it a try when your wrist is feeling good to go! Thanks guys. been dealing with constant pain in my wrist only spiking to intense. The stretches show there is tension all up my arm. Got a bit of relief.

oh wow, the bonus one did it for me. Had severe pain for weeks and for pandemic reasons I couldn't see a doctor. Now I can start to move the wrist again, thank you so much

Thank you so much Bob and Brad! I am a Guitar player and recently my wrist had a weird pain! I couldn't even do my push ups it was that bad! And these exercises have helped me the best by far! Guess the song, in the beginning, is right! Thank you Guys!

@@UtkarshTiwari-es2th hey. I appreciate that but my wrist was swollen and sore as hell out of the blue. Just all of a sudden. I don't know what it was but I took handfuls of ibuprofen for several days and it gradually got better. I played wayward son, highway star and the wind cries Mary last night without too much pain...lol. I thank God that whatever it is , it's getting better fast. Getting old sucks. It's always something.

I work two physical jobs and my left wrist has been in pain for months. It would only hurt when something would force it forward or I'd use the hand to get up off the floor. Before watching this video I went to sit on the floor and fell too fast so I used my hand (the bad one) to brace my fall. I really wanted to scream because the pain was horrible! Found this video and did exactly what you showed. The pain is gone! Thank you!

Wow.. thank you thank you. I did these exercises with almost instant change from burning to warm and comfy. The only glitch was at 2:11 when my left wrist flamed up helping the right wrist, but after the whole spiel everything happy and comfy now. Thanks again! I'll try it again tomorrow morning.

omg, absolutely mind blown!🤯 I’ve had some pain in my wrists after going to the gym and was a little sceptical reading through the comments of this video but these wrist exercises have essentially gotten rid of all the pain and tightness! Definitely going to continue doing these 👍🏾

Im amazed. My pain has completely vanished but it has helped immensely. I have had a very sore and achy wrist for the last week. Im going to do this daily. This has helped so much.

Thanks this helped a lot I got a wrist pain and the bone feels tight it’s a great feeling to stretch! Still does feel a bit tight but overall I would recommend this exercise!

Literally the only thing that has helped my wrist pain! After a while doing these I was able to even do a few push ups (have had to do them with closed fists or elevated) I haven't been able to put weight onto my hands for years from a fall years ago. Doctors just gave me wrist braces. Thank you!

I suffered from wrist pain on and off where it's really painful and stiff . I'm a Barber so I work with my hands repeatedly. I just tried these exercises and stretches and immediately felt a little better. I'm gonna continue doing these stretches every day. very good tips. thank you.
