second point (glute bridge )is not allowed in IPF

Correct, it no longer is. Majority of lifters will still be in feds where its allowed.

Wider stance typically is more stable, feet closer often allows them to be more tucked for an extreme arch. Neither is right or wrong, the lifter just needs to see which they're stronger with and what is more sustainable long term for them.
