Nice video mate.. I am very close to learning HS too.. Imo sticking to the wall is the best way(it worked for me atleast). We often think that we are good enough and start practising free HS. I did the same mistake and took me soo long.. From last 2 months I am just doing chest to wall and now getting consistent 10sec holds.

That's awesome man. Focus on getting your center of mass over your base of support and you will double the progress of your handstand!

Hey sid, i notice with my wall handstand when my hands are about a foot away from the wall, my back tends to arch. If i try to correct it i lose balance and sometimes fall. How do i correct this?
