This is super helpful, especially the part about re-gripping and the legs squeezing together. I keep moving my anchor foot because I'm worried about messing up my shoulder. Sometimes it feels really scary to extend so much, like my shoulder's going to get injured - fortunately that hasn't happened and won't if I follow your tips! Thank you!

Male poledancer that just started 2 months ago here. Those are the best tutorials I could find on KZbin so far. I love the way you explain the technique so in depth. Could you do some tutorials for more strength focussed moves like human flag or shoulder mount flag or other inverted exercise? I feel like there is litterly zero good explained content out for that. I am so happy I found your channel and can't wait for more videos ❤
