Wonderful tutorial! Hi Melissa! Sounds like a tricky one! How are you going pushing your hips up to the ceiling? You can see how strong your muscles are to do this by doing a glute bridge from the floor :)

Me being enthusiastic to learn some floor work whilst I can’t go to pole classes (no money :/) and starting this video Feeling like this is a good option so heading into the first movement Failing it kind of because I’m not flexible enough to actually just sit like that 💀 like this is stretching my legs already and I’m not even sitting with my bum on my feet 😬 But at least I know what I need to work on 😂 It’s a great video none the less and I will try not to loose my enthusiasm and keep working on all those moves :)

Hi Makaela! Here's where I got my knee pads: www.lunalae.com/collections/knee-pads/products/sticky-silicone-knee-pad-black?variant=42693051220215 These are great for using on the pole too as they are sticky. It makes it a little bit more easier but not a great deal. If the material on the knee pad was shiny, I reckon it would make it a lot more easier to slide on the carpet. But they definitely saves your knees from carpet burn!
