I have been following the advanced schedule in the Double Your Flexibility course and it has made such a huge difference in my flexibility and mobility. I surprise myself at times. I swear by this program. If anyone wants great results for flexibility, that is the course you want.

I had knee pain for over 4 years, I had so much trouble to go down stairs. This has work d miracle on me. 1st day much better. 2nd day pain has gone. This is a miracle! Tried many others did not work. This is the most simple one but worked for me. Highly recommended!

Thankful for the plentiful amount of free resources on KZbin nowadays. Have been suffering from a minor case of Runner's knee on and off since I started increasing my training volume to lose weight. Only 2-3 days of doing this ex so far. While it didn't completely eliminate the soreness, it made it more manageable. Now I'm gonna do this everyday once to twice a day. If I went for a consultation with a sports injuries specialist, this would've cost me $100+ for consultation and probably end up getting the same advise anyway lol.

hi luv these exercises, i have always been fit, walk/ jog 3- 5 miles a day, in the past year, my right knee is not the same running jogging makes it worse, after doing these only 2 times to try out, my knee feels much better, i prob have osteoarthritis due to age so this will definetly help to get me back as i walk my dogs thanku

I did this for the first time 2 days ago and honestly I couldn't believe it. After 3 or more months of annoying knee pain I was going up and down stairs and my knees were pain free. Weird! :) Thankyou so very much for posting!

Thanks very much for these exercises. I will definitely follow this twice a day for the amounted time but I have been walking daily as well as doing walking classes for quite some time and although I was doing a lot of these type of exercises for knee pain, I seem to be getting worse. It is said that walking is very good for the knees but I am wondering if the walking classes where you're doing a lot of movements to the right and left and turning and twisting is not so good when you're struggling with pain? Thanks so much!

Yes shouldn't walk too much or even overdo the exercises .increase .as the muscles get stronger

There is an amazing simple trick video of how your patella should be free floating in all 8 directions. Up + down, sideways, and left/right angles. If it doesn't you simply lay leg flat and Jam it 3 times in all directions with thumbs and fingers. It gives amazing instant relief to knee's and stiffening muscles that were stopping it. Got it myself and couldn't find one comment from anyone that didn't get some instant relief from.

I have added these to my little workout routine. The first exercise you show, I prefer to do with both legs pressing into a towel at the same time (instead of alternating)- seems like it works just as well doing it that way. And a metronome (I have an app) works great for making sure you are holding each rep for the required length of time!

Thank you for so much for the demonstrations. I suffered a schatzker VI fall shattering my plateau and entire knee. After discharging myself from hospital 2 days after my major surgery I went home. The nursing staff at the private hospital were pathetic. My son inlaw and daughter flew up to help me unpack as it was only my 2nd night on my new home when it happened. I could feel my toes move and felt for broken bones, so stubbern jerk, that I am slithered on my healthy right side to bed. Still was in deny anything serious had happened despite my primal screams when moving my left leg. 14 hours later an ambulance was called and I had two operations in 2 days. 10 days after coming home I was accepted to to a rehab orthopedic step down hospital. Physios and OTs worked me intensively and I was very grateful. However when I was discharged I was given a home program which is impossible to follow as no knee bending or pressure is allowed on the leg. I am to say the least impatient and rather hyper. None of these exercises are suitable for me and I have carried on with the exercises prescribed by the physio till my next appointment April 29. Please could you do a program for people who can only use one leg for about 3 months. I am in a wheelchair. Thank you, kindly.

These exercises were very effective for my knee pain. It disapeared in few weeks. I was doing them in bed in the morning while reading. I had a break of a month. I am coming back to the routine to keep strengthening the muscles. I will do it 6 times a week in the morning again. Thank you very much for this great youtube! I recommend it for getting rid of a knee pain to everybody. Or for muscles strengthening to prevent any future knee problems. I'm looking forward to the skiing season. Amazing!

Even I suffer from osteo arthritis ..... right knee....had done orthroscopy 10 years bk n still suffering from knee pain....am in continuation with your first 3 exercises...its much better n will definitely try the 4th one

Ok well lv just started these exercises at 11PM in bed l managed to do them and l could feel my muscles objecting but that's to be expected cause l haven't exercised in years but lm so fedup with the pain in my knees lm determined to try....just because lm 64 it doesn't mean lm written off...you have given me the inspiration l need....thank you
