Awesome clip to make normal people like me to understand my pain due to my wrong posture s in daily activities and how correct I have back and scoliosis (lateral) for a long time now also office syndromes. What about your arms since they are always bent 90 degrees. They start to hurt the inside of you bend. What can I do to stretch or make the pain go away?
