Stretches
Sub-occipital muscles
Pec minor and mojor
Levator scapula
Hold each stretch for at least 10 seconds for 3 sets
Strengthening
Neck retractions
Rhomboids and lower and mid trapezius
Repeat each exercise for 10 reps or 3 sets each
