In this video, I talk about the cause, effects and how to solve forward neck posture, or rounded shoulders.
Stretches
Sub-occipital muscles
Pec minor and mojor
Levator scapula
Hold each stretch for at least 10 seconds for 3 sets
Strengthening
Neck retractions
Rhomboids and lower and mid trapezius
Repeat each exercise for 10 reps or 3 sets each

I could talk a lot about what's good (the edits, the demo, brilliant humour touches and more) but I thought the introductory part was a bit too technical and it would help if you simplify terms just a little to make it easier for those of us who don't know much about physiotherapy in understanding the relevance of those information with the exercises shown. Others might feel differently but this is one point of view. Overall I must say -- this video is absolute quality.

I actually found it super helpful because I finally saw the function and name of the muscles that I have given me trouble. It greatly helped me understand why I have been in pain. I think for a 7 min video you went perfectly in depth👍🏼

I have a C5 & 6 nerve pain I have constant numbness and Cramping on both fingers can't sleep at night. What type of exercise should I do.

Can you make a video on back pain when waking up? My back is often strained when I wake up in the morning, I am no sure why? But it does get better if I sleep on a tiny bolster on my back.

Sure! So your pain is felt when going up hill/upstairs. Does the pain ease with lying down? What sort of things ease the pain?

Waking up with back pain is likely to do with your sleeping position, our lower backs have a natural curve, that tiny bolster works well to help maintain that curve! But I can make a video on how to help you with this 👍👍
