Thank you coach. I'm a teacher from Malaysia and a thrower coach. I learned a lot from your video. One of my athlete, a girl 15 year old now managed to throw as far 32.6 metres. It's a drastic improvement in 3 year beginning as low 14 metres. She win in inter districts and inter division in sarawak region. Now my aim is to reach 35 metres. Coach just finished using this drill April 13th 2023 3 p.m. and I have to say it was awesome for the two throwers that I had working with the drill. My shot putter for the first time we saw the ball jump out of his hand. Looking for awesome things moving forward. Great drill thank you!

Same as Luis, 50 plus, getting into throwing. Sweep leg not working, and not even pivoting on left leg, dorisiflexing...wow. Thanks for the tips.

Hey coach i have a problem where i pick up my sweep leg too late so it’s lagging behind do you have any tips to fix that?

It helps me to really force my left leg to pivot while i lean to the left, it takes my sweep leg off the ground and helps me sweep since all my weight is on my left side. remember to keep you leg wide as well
