@@chrisderrylim4636 I did . I actually removed the back , carefully removed the ribbon cables attached to the left joystick (use a tweezer) . Removed the joystick , pulled of the metal bracket and found that one of the sensor arms was not attached to the joystick itself . I think of your handy and careful enough you can do it . I connected everything back up carefully . Put ALL THE SCREWS back in and plugged it in turned it on. And it worked . Then I went it to the settings to adjust the dead zone and all that other stuff to my liking But it worked . People have said you can buy a replacement joystick which is an easier fix if you’re not handy .

@chrisderrylim4636 I haven't. I ended up making an appointment with best buy geek squad to see if they can fix it or at least replace it. I was tempted to go in and open my Rog but knowing my luck, I'd break it more

..my ROG Ally right RGB has no light and all controller buttons (including Command Centre and Armoury Crate Buttons) not working... I tried updating the "MCU Firmware" (different from BIOS Firmwae) through Armoury Crate and that solved the problem (Right RGB lights up now :) ) 👍

Hi i have a ps5 controller 🎮 i paired it via Bluetooth to the rogally and i am connected to the tv via the dock. I can move around in steam big picture with the ps5 controler but as soon as i boot up any game it only registers the rog allys buttons not the ps5. Do you have a solution for this

disable your rog ally controller through the shortcut button that you usually use to use RSR, RIS, etc..

@@MarioBalotelliZell57 not sure think it's some sort of bug to me got it fixed myself by messing around with joystick settings re calibration did contact the company but ask me send videos so I did before it was fixed they wanted me send back for testing but for some reason it fixed itself with testing,mine only happened after new update.
