FIXED! Brother HL-2270DW printer jams

Picked up a Brother HL-2270DW laser printer for free on Craigslist, which was reportedly frequently jamming. Just cleaning the rollers with alcohol or acetone seems to have eliminated the problem entirely. No disassembly of the machine is required, other than pulling out the paper tray cassette and turning the printer upside down. Easy!
Additionally, you can try to just leave the rear tray OPEN so the printed paper exits out of the back of the printer rather than out the top. This might be an even easier solution if you have the room to open the rear tray and don't want to try cleaning the rollers.

You never use acetone on rubber and plastic. You've destroyed it's structure. For such roller renovations you need dedicated chemicals like Novogum.
