I LITERALLY JUST HAD TO GO TO THE WEBSITE AND I FIGURED OUT MY PROBLEM (aparently the original delete key in my laptop was kinda jagged and it pressed in on itself constantly so all i had to do was press on it myself...i'm sorry i hope that makes sense to you)
