Yeah, it's a good trick to learn when you start riding fixed with foot retention. once you feel comfortable you can just chill at red lights or when you're waiting for a friend or something :)

Ace, congrats on 1000 subs! I think the benefit of no hand track stand is that if you can manage 60 seconds no handed, 1000 seconds with two hands will feel very easy :)

Thanks! Yeah, maybe. I think a good thing about the no hands track stand is that I can have my upper body straight up, instead of leaning forward. But knowing that I can keep the front wheel under control without the hands would help.

Why is it easier on one bike than another?: Geometry Trail has a lot to do with how easy it is to trackstand :)⠀ Steeper head tube and low rake helps a lot, much less resistance

it would feel easier to do no hands trackstand with risers/widebars since you can steer the bars using the kness. Nice practice tho
