Milwaukee is awesome for actually listening to feedback and actually trying to fix the faults on their tools for the working people. They could just take our money and make us wait years for the next gen, but they fix it when they find a solution to the problem and release it immediately

I recognized immediately that this would be a supper annoying design coming off with the socket. Just goes to show Milwaukee engineers don't use tools is all. But boy did they come up with another way to get the paying customer to fork out more money to fix their mistake is all im seeing.

I'm glad they listened to us on this. Milwaukee reached out about this originally when it came out we were having issues with the adapters staying in the tool with socket and extension. 👏 Great tool this is what it needed.

Thank you for this. It's wild that some of the guys in my shop has their ratchet ship with the locking adapters and some did not. I tried searching for the part number on the locking adapters and they do not exist. So maybe replacements will be available at a later time

Craftsman had a 19.2 ratchet called the MaxAxxess, it was a pass thru design, it worked great, used the regular MaxAxxess and GearWrench pass thru sockets. It's a shame what Stanley/Black&Decker did to Craftsman

So I tried to register via the form. I received a reply that the exchange does not apply to the Czech Republic. I'm done with Milwaukee even though I bought several thousand dollars worth of tools from Milwaukee and everything is properly registered. I don’t like it. I got the high speed dedicated ratchets. No adapters to loose. Actually I bought (2) 3/8” high speed ratchets and converted one to 1/4” cause I didn’t like the 1/4” being shorter. 👍

It doesn't fix the stuttering issue they have or the individual sockets or the direction switch or the open head design that lets grease out and contaminates in. Overall, an epic failure

The pass-through rachet was not designed to replace their standard long-reach rachets and the adapters were for occasional use. This is a great improvement though. The standard high-speed long reach is 1/3 the price so using the pass-through with the lower torque capacity as your everyday tool is kind of silly. Thanks for the review.

The insider is 300 bucks 60 ft lb... the lrhs is 30 ft lbs and where are you getting it for 100 bucks? And only does 1 size anvil am I missing something?

@@chevy16001 What I posted was from Milwaukee engineering when I talked to them about the adapters popping out. I paid 399 for my insider on Amazon and 99 (bare tool) at Home Depot for my 2569-20 3/8 extended reach. I will be purchasing the new adapters as soon as they are available.

Yes, they fit in the original rails. The 1/2" doesn't come with the original kit, just the 1/4" and 3/8".

Dude if they’d have made that inside hex 17mm it’d have fit the 3/8 nano style sockets, kinda a missed opportunity there as it seems everyone’s got a set of those low profile sockets to use with an xl 17/19mm 6pt ratcheting dubl box wrenches that you have to use a socket rail clip with, someone needs to make a better version of the nano ratchet sold under duratech & I believe even the Astro is made by great star tools but that’s speculative based on the appearance being identical

Wrong solution. If they really want to fix the BIGGEST problem with this ratchet, WE NEED EXTENSIONS! Sometimes you need a deep socket for clearance issues, room to turn the ratchet. Why would I want to carry around a second complete set of regular sockets JUST IN CASE I need an extension or more clearance? Ridiculous and the reason I don't use this as my primary ratchet. Give us 3" 6" and 12" pass-through extensions and the set is PERFECT!
