My printer and I are so grateful for this video. I was ready to throw it out! A piece of card stock got stuck. The efforts to remove it apparently dislodged the arm connected to the feed roller. The paper clip I had was a little too soft. I ended up using a small metal pick. Just had to be careful with the sharp point. Anyway, I pulled gently on the arm and snapped back in place in a couple of seconds. As the video shows, you can tell that the arm is alignment, because the little window in the case was empty. When the arm is in its proper spot, you can see white plastic through the square hole. Anyway, thanks. I'll remember this one!

It took me a while to pull out that white tab. Once it's done, it fixed the problem!

It can move over time and you need to repeat the fix, but honestly, that's not a big fuss to keep a printer in service. Thanks!

Thank you, I did open the side panel and then pushed it, the lever helps the wheel to scroll which slips out. Where you did it in a simpler way.
