Hopefully BSG can work this out, but the bright side is that this doesn't really make much of a difference in online raids (and likely wont unless the conditions match the scenario I provided in that offline bots raid). A few months back discord started killing my fps and driving cpu up(especially when watching ppls stream on discord). It used to not do that. If at all possible I would love a discord settings video since its pretty much needed with group play in tarkov :)

Its likely just killing your FPS when screensharing due to hardware acceleration putting the extra load on your GPU (which, if that's already at 100%, will cause a dip in FPS). If you want to avoid dips when in that scenario, you'd likely have to use some sort of upscaling on Tarkov to avoid being GPU bound.

I haven't tested it again this wipe, but last wipe it did have effects on memory consumption. Retests are *probably* coming over the next month if I can spare the time, but its either off or on + NPI for best results if my memory serves me right.

Hey Klem, are you parking all the ECores and only using physical cores? I disabled SMT but never parked the cores so a few see some utilization even with SMT disabled. Should I be parking them?

I never parked them. One of my mods (channel name "Wild) did some benchmarking discussing exactly what you are talking about and found that there was actually little difference between parking and not. He found that, if anything, the stock configuration with hyperthreading performed the best on average (but again, not by much).

rust is on the unity engine and it runs much better than tarkov but they do have constant garbage collection

Dude is 1440p put more stress on cpu? Just upgraded cpu to 13600. When i set dsr without dl i have gpu usage up to 100%

@@Nightikzzz thats why you cap it per map. Maybe shoreline is smooth at 120 fps but labs is like 200. If your not running the frames you should be running, you end up with 100 percent gpu usage and stutters

@@Nightikzzz by per map i mean, shoreline, reserve, interchange, customs, you would set fps example 120, then maybe labs, factory you set high fps like 180, then on streets and lighthouse set to 100. Just an example but its not like you change it every map. Streets and lighthouse wayy harder to run than labs and factory
