Hello I just buy a HP 7520 and when I want to put the ink in, the carriage doesn't move, it stay on the right side so I can't put off the orange thing and put in the ink. How can I move the carriage ? they isn't any message on the screen about any problem, the screen just show me a video about how to put the ink in but I can't. Please help me

HP 7520 is good printer after several years it broke down this video is not going to fix the problem. But the fix is not easy one gear is out of place that is why roller does not pick up the paper, you need a mirror to see the gear I used crazy glue to set it at its place.

this broke my printer even more. I got to the step where it said to hold the cartridge and turn the printer on and don't let it move and it snapped the damn ribbon.
