Hi Steven, quick question, have you heard of any pdr experts ever scratching the windows? I had a pdr Pro have a look at my small dents and he has scratched my glass with a nylon wedge which was forced between the door and window. He has 100% denied it was him.

Did they also repair the damage or just inspect it? While it isn't common for scratches to happen by doing that. If the damage to the glass lined up exactly, then it could be possible. But sometimes those scratches in the glass are not noticed first before looking at the car.

Easy dent

Yes. For an experienced PDR tech, these are are average easier dents to repair. This repair probably took me 3 times as long to do since I was filming it.
