@@DrySuitProjects no problem, thanks for the reply though I appreciate it!I would have been happy to post it out of UK if you was interested. I found some patches that you apply with a hair dryer from diveritein scuba. Would you recommend these?

These are using the thermo glue. You better use iron with them since the molten glue should soak into the suit material. I'm personally don't like it very much for 2 reasons: 1. The patch only has certain amount of glue on it and it can be enough for one type of the suit material and not sufficient for another, 2. This glue is hard to get rid off once you're deciding to fix it using other type of the glue. But, as a temporary fix as a "save a dive" measure, it could be fine

Aircore or drycore? Or is the repair process the same for both?

This one was a drycore, I would use the same process for both
