The decal work on the power plant looks so good!! Much better than the vanilla asset. I def love the aesthetic of the graffiti on the bridge pillars - more of that please!! 😍

Best thing I've seen to help with schools so far in CS2. Make distrcts and assign schools, hospitals ect to each district.

One other thing too... that's not quite related to this video in general...I'm absolutely astonished at your meteoric rise in the skylines creator community. 240+ videos and nearly at 35k subs...that is insane! Just to put it out to everyone else...WOW! It just shows how amazing your ideas and build style is, and your level of detail which I know everyone comments on, but still, huge congrats! I honestly don't think you realise how good you really are, no offence.

It would be nice to see a little bit of both industry and expansion in the next episode...natural progression usually starts slow and small anyway. Great episode by the way.

Agreed though if I had to pick between the two I’d pick the farms, since it’d make sense to me that a job that’s a little bit overbuilt would attract more people coming in

Looking at the area to the “left” of the original industrial area, I’m inclined to say that whole point should be various forms of heavy industry, and city service buildings. I think it would sit nicely in the foreground, with the main downtown behind it. Maybe not too smoke stack heavy, but things that would interact with the water somewhat. Something that resembles a fishing industry (hopefully we get legit fishing one day), maybe a Coast Guard / Custom’s pier, another marina with perhaps some boat repair facilities (cranes and heavy equipment). Maybe even some sort of makeshift Navy yard and pier. You could maybe run a branch line off the main rail line that followed the edge of the river out to the point. Even if it’s just a dummy line with no traffic in the sense of the game, it would still look pretty cool I think. I’m sort of thinking that historically, one of the main reasons Fewladelphia became a major centre to begin with, was because of the sheltered harbor and heavy industry at the mouth of this river. So I think it would make sense if a big chunk of Fewladelphias heavy industry and manufacturing was close to the mouth of this river. As time passed and the city grew, the main CBD began to take shape on the large chunk of land “behind” this industry, on the opposite riverbank from Fewhaven. Maybe as time passed, the government took over a chunk of this land on the point to the “left” of the current industry, because the point offers some natural security. I think perhaps Fewladelphia’s main, major rail yard and hopefully main cargo shipping port could be on the same side of the river as the CBD. Just looking at google earth of Philadelphia, as well as Baltimore and the greater Chesapeake Bay Area, the waterfronts really do seem to be dominated by heavy industry. Really enjoying the build so far.

More lovely detailing there FC! Although one minor thing: you might want an auto-repair shop next to the new gas station to fix all the dents and bashes gotten whilst driving through the industrial fencing you placed across the geothermal plant's side access track... ;o)

I think a public walking path all along the waterfront would be great. You should check out the waterfront of Kelowna, BC, for some waterfront ideas. Loving this series. It’s really making me want to buy a PC to play modded CS2.

@35:37 that corner area/intersection looks so good and realistic. The hopscotch isn't too big, it's just a new game-- Trampoline Hopscotch! Each of the squares is a trampoline and you bounce from square to square. The surrounding surface if soft rubber so broken kiddie bones.

Perfect timing to watch over lunch! Based on my comment last episode you could use some farms to make a definitive gap between the two settlements so they don’t merge into one mega town

Hey great episode as always, Fewladelphia is my current favourite CS2 series - just wondering, do you know why sometimes you have 2 different street light designs on one road? (like at 35:31)

I might've missed it, did you connect your power plant to your overall power grid? I think right now it's only exporting and not also supplying power to your city. Which is fine atm because you've got a surplus, but might be a problem as you expand

Nice built. However, I think, you should reconsider the pedestrian ways at the intersection (8:38). The pedestrian crossings there lead to a place between the high speed lanes. One solution would be, to remove all the crossings there and add a pedestrian path under the bridge close by (or just wider sidewalks for the road which you built there).
